STEP 1
CHECK TO SEE IF WE ARE ON YOUR CAMPUS
Use the Chapter Locator to check if there is a chapter already at your university. If yes, move to step 2.
If not, check out how to Start a Collegiate Chapter to learn more about how to establish a chapter on your respective campus.
STEP 2
PARTICIPATE IN OUR
YEAR-ROUND RECRUITMENT
We encourage interested women to get to know us through our year-round educational programs, philanthropic activities, and social events. This is an opportunity to see our amazing sisters in their element, giving back to their communities.
When you are ready to learn more, check out your local DFL chapter’s website and contact the recruitment chair for information on their next formal recruitment period.
STEP 3
ATTEND A FORMAL
RECRUITMENT
Our formal recruitment is a two-week period at the beginning of each academic term, during which interested women and sisters get a chance to intimately get to know each other and see if we are a good match through several planned activities.
At the end of this period, a formal bid (or invitation) will be extended to women who have demonstrated shared values and standards of philanthropic passions, good character, financial responsibility, and leadership ability among others.

For more information on the recruitment process, check out the FAQ.
STEP 4
COMPLETE THE NEW MEMBER EDUCATION PROCESS
Selected women will be given the opportunity to participate in our New Member Education Process, which lasts between 6 to 8 weeks.
The purpose of this process is to help familiarize yourself with our history, traditions, values, and prepare you to be a contributing member to the Sorority. At the end of the process, you will be formally initiated into the sorority as a lifelong Sister.
STEP 5
STAY INVOLVED AT YOUR LOCAL CHAPTER
Once you become an official member of our Sorority, you will be given endless opportunities to grow and shape into the woman you want to become with the support of an Everlasting Sisterhood®.
Remember you have the ability to make this experience your own, and the more you put in - the more you get back.
